At Aunt Leah’s, we believe every person impacted by foster care deserves the opportunity to thrive. We support youth from care in building stable futures and help moms at risk of losing custody to stay together with their children. Through housing, education, lifeskills, and employment services, we provide the resources and care needed to foster independence, stability, and belonging.

Aunt Leah’s helps prevent youth from foster care from becoming homeless and vulnerable mothers from losing custody of their children. To support them on their journey to self-sufficiency, we provide housing, lifeskills, education and employment services.

Goal 1

Adapt and enhance effective housing and program models that ensure greater stability for the youth and families.

Goal 2

Retain skilled and engaged staff and volunteers by further developing skills and leading practices for staff, leadership, and Board levels.

Goal 3

Stengthen and sustain a culture of inclusion, belonging, adaptability, creativity, collaboration, and care, fostering innovative and forward-thinking approaches across all areas of the organization.
