Advance Your Employment Journey
Our employment services help you build skills and confidence to find and keep a job. We support you as you set short- and long-term career goals.
We work with youth from foster care and moms in our housing programs to remove barriers and open doors to employment.

Aunt Leah’s understands that getting (and keeping) your first job is a key part of the journey into adulthood. Our employment program takes a holistic approach, helping participants build individual employment plans that are thoughtfully co-created with our dedicated employment specialists.
We help with:
- Planning and goal setting
- Resume and cover letter writing
- Job search assistance and interview skills
- Financial Support for certifications (based on eligibility)
- Skills that will set you up for success in the workplace

Youth from care don’t have access to the same networks as their parented peers. We are actively looking for employers that can help our youth network or find work.
If you’re an employer who might consider employing our youth, please contact our Resource Center & Pre-Employment Coordinator, Katie Tentzerakis at [email protected] for more information.
