Volunteers

Aunt Leah's Christmas Tree Lots
Want to give and receive at the same time? You can buy your Christmas tree at one of Aunt Leah’s Tree Lots and your money will go to support programs that help prevent youth homelessness.
Be a Landlord
Are you interested in acting as a helpful landlord for a teen in foster care? Our Support Link program provides basement suites to teens 15-18 years of age who are presently in foster care. We are looking for landlords to live upstairs and provide support for the teen in exchange for reduced rent.
Sponsoring an Event
If you are a business and interested in supporting a high profile, worthy community event, consider sponsoring one of Aunt Leah’s events. We can create opportunities to publicly recognize your generous support.
Thrift Stores
Aunt Leah’s Thrift Store provides retail training to young people in our programs. The store welcomes customers and needs donations of merchandise. Furniture and other household items are used to furnish suites for teens and new moms or sold in the Thrift Store to generate revenue for our programs. To donate, please call 604-525-1204 ext 232.
Fundraising
Fundraising events can be a fun way to support a great cause like Aunt Leah’s. You can host your own event or participate in an event organized by Aunt Leah’s dedicated staff.
Give a gift
Aunt Leah’s provides much needed Welcome Baskets, New Baby Hampers and Christmas Hampers to teens and new moms in need. You can donate items or contribute to purchasing these much appreciated gifts.
