These programs provide participants with job ready skills and hands- on experience in a variety of employment areas like retail, food services and landscape maintenance. In addition participants have an opportunity to build a resume and to earn references for further employment.
Food Services Training
Food Services Training is a comprehensive 12-week program that helps you get employment and life-skills training in food preparation. You receive weekly, on-site training where you learn how to plan menus and make tasty, nutritious meals for neighbours in the community in a professional kitchen setting.
Retail Training Program
Aunt Leah’s Retail Training Program is located at our Aunt Leah’s ETC warehouse in New Westminster. It is a 12-week program designed to provide students with an overview of the Retail Industry and teach them the basic skills they will need to obtain a job in the field.
